If you want to add a image to your bulletins comment or about me you simply add this:
<img src="YOUR IMAGE LINK">and replace the YOUR IMAGE LINK with a image link of your choosing.
You can get the url from a image using tinypic.com or photobucket.com
For example I'm going to use the URL of a image I found on photobucket and it makes this:
